Shipping & Pickup
Choose express shipping for a flat $7 AUD, Australia-wide -- your dress arrives freshly steamed and ready to wear, timed to land before your hire start date. Prefer to skip shipping entirely? Choose local pickup at checkout, free of charge, and collect your dress in person.
Returns
Shipped orders include a prepaid return satchel -- drop it at any post office by your return-by date, no cleaning required. Pickup orders are returned the same way they arrived: in person, by the return-by date.
Late Returns
A late return fee of $10/day applies for the first 3 days a dress is overdue, rising to $25/day after that. Total late fees are capped at the dress's recommended retail price.
Cancellations & Refunds
All hires are final. We don't offer refunds for cancellations or for incorrect sizing -- please check the size guide on each product page, or book a try-on, before confirming your order.
