Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Hires run for a fixed 4 or 8 days from the selected start date. We reserve a specific physical garment for you at the moment of booking.
No Refunds
All hires are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, cancellation, or incorrect sizing. Please review the size guide and fit notes on each product page carefully, or book a try-on, before confirming your order.
Late Returns
Garments must be returned by the return-by date shown in your confirmation email. A late fee of $10/day applies for the first 3 days overdue, and $25/day thereafter, capped at the garment's recommended retail price. Late fees may be charged to the card used for the original booking.
Damage & Loss
Normal wear is expected and covered by our cleaning process. Significant damage or loss of a garment may be charged up to its recommended retail price.
